Introduction
Community LifeBuilders offers a secure, drug-free shared living space fostering community and connection. Proudly serving veterans, unhoused individuals, and the LGBTQ communities, our eligibility requirements ensure independence within our supportive environment. LifeBuilders provides affordable, non-medical case management with personalized plans promoting advocacy and wellness, ultimately offering stable, long-term housing for individuals to thrive.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Our program goals are ambitious. We strive to offer a safe, healthy, and affordable environment for individuals, and we provide a comprehensive program of services that address each client's unique needs. Our support programs aim to help each individual achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment. We also provide long-term permanent housing to ensure that individuals have a stable home.
Our homes are located in the Metro Boston area, and each home is in a community setting. Our facilities are fully furnished and include cable and internet have full bathrooms with tubs and showers, and some of our apartments have private bedrooms. Most of our homes have shared rooms as we stress community and healthy connections. Community LifeBuilders is a non-medical independent living facility that provides a safe, drug-free, shared living space. Our unique approach is based on community and connection, and we are proud to serve veterans, unhoused individuals, and the LGBTQ communities. Our eligibility requirements ensure that all individuals can live independently, in a supportive environment, within our community setting.
